Thanks to Dave for the help, the sawz-all, the plasma cutter and the bad ass welding. My can lost eight inches and gained about 15 decibles, so stoked. Now just need a new reg/rec and maybe I can ride the fucking thing.
yeah, it must be, it took a poop and died. Whenever I run the bike it heats up the battery and starts spitting up battery acid. Tested it with Daves volt meter and its putting out 17-18 volts to the battery.

But man, does that exhaust sound good.
I like it, nice job. I'd cut that spout shorter. Maybe even off.
yes, agreed, the spout will be cut off, leaving like 1/4", then painted purty.
